Instructions for joining/setting up payments

  1. Complete attached standing order with details of your bank – address etc.
  2. Complete your reference i.e. your name – if we don’t know who you are you cannot win!
  3. Complete the first month you wish to enter – the standing orders go through on the 28th of the month so please give time for your bank to set it up – we suggest 14 days at least.
  4. Complete your reference (for your statement), your account name and number.
  5. Sign the form and send it to your bank.
